Export Officer
Manage our international shipping operations, handle end-to-end export documentation, and ensure absolute compliance with Nigerian regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Initiate and manage Form NXP on the Single Window Portal. Prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin and Bills of Lading
- Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with Nigerian Customs Services (NCS), NAFDAC, SON (SONCAP), and NAQS regulations.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with shipping lines, terminal operators, and haulage companies / partner for container booking, stuffing, and port gating.
